Forward Cross Steps

123 - Basic.

Left Cross Steps
5: Right foot, back step.
6: Left foot, left side step.
7: Right foot, left-forward cross step.

Right Cross Steps
1: Left foot, back step.
2: Right foot, right side step.
3: Left foot, forward-cross step

5: Right foot, right lock step.
6: Left foot, right-forward cross step.
7: Right leg, low kick

&: Right foot replace.

Facing left of the slot, while cross-stepping forward in the slot
1: Left leg, left swing around so that you are facing left of the slot.
2: Right foot, right lock step.
3: Left foot, right lock step.

5: Right foot, right lock step.
67: Right foot, Hook turn to face forward in slot.

123: Basic step.

Arm Lock, Around-The-World to Lead Left Turn

Arm Lock, Around-The-World to Lead Left Turn
Start - Open hold.

123 - Arm lock Prep.
(Lead's right hand holds the follower's left arm above the elow.)
567 - Outside turn w/ arm lock.
(With the hands still connected, the lead pulls the follower into a right turn with the right hand to lock the hand between the follower's body and arm while the arm is against the back of the follower. The left arm hold is behind the lead while the lead steps to the left of the follower.)
123 - Around-The-World.
(In the above position, the lead walks in a clockwise motion and releases the right hand hold on 3.)
567 - Outside turn.
(The lead turns the follower right in slot.

Broken-Arm Walk-Around w/ Left Turns

Broken-Arm Walk-Around w/ Left Turns
Start - Cross hold.


123 - Crossbody prep.
567 - Crossbody inside turn with lead's right hand.
(At end of turn, lead turns left into hold for right broken-arm. Lead does not release turn.)
123-567 - Left walk-around.
(From the right broken-arm, the lead does a walk-turn in one place so that they cause the follower to walk in a circle. The lead's left arm is up high so that at the end of the walk-around they can bring that arm over the follower. Follower and lead end at their starting point of the walk-around.)
123 - Lead left turn w/ left arm flare, and releases right hand hold.
(After lead does one complete turn, lead turns one more half turn and reconnects with follower's left hand with the right hand. Prep for free turn in slot.)
567 - Free, travelling inside turn.
123 - Basic.

Broken-Arm Walk-Around w/ Double Right Turn-Exit For Leader
Start - Cross hold.

123 - Basic.
567 - Outside turn to broken-arm-lock position.
(With linked hands and left hand low and right hand high, lead turns follower into an outside turn so that the follower's left arm is behind their own back.)
123 - Lead walks around follower with broken-arm-lock position change.
(Lead walks around the follower to end so that they match the follower's basic steps. Lead steps left foot, right foot. This should put them to the left side of the follower. Leader walks around the follower's right side, then their back, then to their left side. At this point, the lead matches the follower's basic steps and their count. For the arms while the lead walks around the follower, brings out the follower's left arm and brings the follower's right arm back, so that the follower now ends with a right broken-arm.)

Now with Follower's Count
123 - Back basic.
(By this time, the lead is holding the follower's left hand with their right hand.)
567 - Double right turn.
(Lead steps forward with the left foot, and pushes so that they do a double right turn on the right foot. End by facing the follower.)
123 - Basic.

567 - Cross-body inside turn check.
(With the left hand hold at the follower's waist level, the lead turns the follower through the cross-body lead until their left arm stops themselves at their stomach. The right hand hold remains up high. The lead should be to the right of the follower.)
123 - Lead walk-around to free-turn prep.
(The lead steps in front of the follower and steps until they are to the left of the follower. At the same time, the lead brings the left hand hold over the left side to the right side of themselves and puts the follower's left hand into their right hand. Prep for free turn.)
567 - Free outside turn.
(The lead pulls the follower into a free turn.)
123 - Basic.

Elbow Walk-Around to Double Outside Turn
Start - Cross Hold.

123 - Open break to inside turn neck check.
(Lead pulls right arm hold to follower's right shoulder. Follower's elbow sticks out.)
567 - Walk-around.
(Lead's left hand pushes on follower's elbow while right hand pulls, all the while walking clockwise in circle. Follower walks backwards.)
123 - Walk-around.
(Have left hand moved to follower's left shoulder by 3.)
567 - Double outside turn.
123 - Basic.

Open Break to Walk-Around

Open Break to Walk-Around
Start - Open hold.

123 - Open break, so that follower ends to the right of the leader, but still in an open hold.
567 - Walk-Around, by leader.
(In three counts the leader walks clockwise around the follower, while connected with the left hand hold, until ending in front of the follower again. Leader reconnects right hand hold for open hold. The leader's 7th count is with the weight on the left foot while the right foot is mid-air, ready to step back.)
123 - Basic.

Start - Open hold.

123 - Basic.
567 - Outside turn w/ linked hands.
123 - Follower's neck loop, using lead's right hand.
567 - Walk-around.
(Lead walks clockwise and around the follower and turns right when neccessary. Follower does not turn during walk-around. The only move the follower does is the basic.)
123 - Basic.
(After walk around, lead turned right to face follower for basic.)

123 - Open break to shoulder holds.
(As follower comes back from break, lead brings follower's right hand to left shoulder while right hand moves to follower's right shoulder.)
567 - Shoulder walk-around.
(Follower walks backwards in a circle while lead walks forward.)

123 - Basic.
