Well, now you can, thanks to a new weekly dance class, which is perfect for all you budding Anton Du Bekes and Erin Boags out there.

A rich wooden floor, mirrored walls and flashy dance-club lights turn an ordinary parlor into a place of extra--ordinary possibility at La Salsa Dance Club and Studio in Fondren. Anything seems possible with the right attitude.

Spanish salsa dancing sensation Paddy Jones was today flying back to Birmingham to spend New Year with her grandchildren – after missing out on a 100,000 euro top talent show prize.

In the South Wedge, the Tango Cafe Dance Studio (389 Gregory St, 271-4930) opened in September 2008, offering several different types of dance classes and events, from salsa to sacred circle. This past September the venue added a cafe, a simple little place that offers customers various coffees and tasty treats when they're not dancing.
