Inside Turn Check to Cross Double Outside Turn
Start - Cross hold.
123 - Open break to outside turn shoulder check.
(Release left hand hold, bring follower into turn with hands still connected. Check with arm and shoulder.)
567 - Cross slot, double inside turn.
(Travelling inside turn that is 90 degrees from slot.)
123 - Front basic.
(Follower will be stepping back with left foot, as a result of recovering from the turn.)
567 - Back basic.
(Lead has to pull follower so that they step forward with right foot.)
123 - Basic.

Start - Open hold.
123 - Basic.
567 - Outside turn w/ linked hands to hammerlock position.
(keeping the right hand hold low and the left high, lead turns follower in a right turn. Follower ends in a left broken-arm position.)
123 - Inside turn check w/ linked hands; keep and bring follower's right hand to their right shoulder during the turn and releases, then holds follower's left shoulder which freeing the follower's hand. Follower turns only 180 degrees. Lead brings follower's left arm away from broken arm and does a neck loop with release behind leader's neck.
567 - Free Outside turn by left shoulder.

Crossbody to Inside/Outside Series of Checks
Start - Cross hold.
123 - Prep for crossbody lead.
567 - Crossbody inside turn stomach check.
(The lead turns the follower with the right hand briefly, allowing the follower to turn left. The follower stops when their arm is across their stomach.)
123 - Outside turn shoulder check.
(The lead pulls back on the left hand so that the follower turns and faces 180 degrees from their position. At the same time, the lead steps and turns left to face the follower and stops the follower from turning any more by having the right hand at the follower's back right shoulder. The follower, for the turn, steps with the right foot first and is then checked.)

(With the right hand against the follower's shoulder, the lead pushes the follower into a left turn, allowing the follower to turn on the lead's left arm. Note that the push is enough for the follower to turn on their own. The lead does not assist in the turning of the follower.)

123 - Open break for reverse cross-body inside turn, with lead left turn to check with left hand.
(The lead breaks and pulls the follower so that the follower turns left 270 degrees. While the follower turns in, the lead releases the hold and turns left to stop the follower at the waist with the left hand. The lead's back is to the follower.)
567 - Lead checks to end with right hand.
(The lead pulls the follower into a 360 right turn with the left hand. During the turn, the lead turns left 270 degrees left and catches the follower's right hip with the right hand. The lead faces the follower while the follower faces the same direction as the last 3 counts.)

(With the right hand, the lead pulls the follower into a left turn. During the turn, the lead's right hand moves up to be behind the follower's back for a closed hold.)
