Capoeira Martial Arts

Cost: $15 per lesson

Capoeira combines dance, martial art and music. The class focus's on the basics and fundamentals of Capoeira. What a student can expect is to have fun, learn in a positive environment, and walk away feeling excited. Capoeira is for everyone and no prior dance or martial art experience is needed. Students should wear something comfortable to train in.

Beginning Salsa Lesson
Cost: Free
7:05 to 7:35pm - Basic steps without partners.
7:35 to 8:00pm - Basic steps with partners.
8:00 to 9:00pm - Intermediate patterns taught at beginning level.
We always remain true to our time schedule each week, with as little as 5 minutes in deviation. This allows our regulars to pick the time slot to come in, whether at 7:35, 8:00, or 7:05. Classes are walk-in each week so there's no obligation to come in.
